CASE STUDY: THE FOREST FARMERS
Hired as a BRAND STRATEGY CONSULTANT and CREATIVE DIRECTOR to work with The Forest Farmers, a regenerative forestry company in New York State/ Vermont, to work with CEO and Founder to ask big questions and identify avenues for Brand Growth.
My team honed the Brand Foundation, Brand Vision, Brand Lens, for the company and outlined opportunities for growth if company chose to grow from B2B status to B2C status. The goal was to capitalize on the HIGHER PURPOSE of the Brand, and simultaneously work towards saving their small corner of the planet while owning their category of products (e.g. Maple and Birch syrups, mushrooms etc. all harvested from a regenerative Northeastern Forest
